LANCERS CZ/SK
LANCERS has been an active part of the Czech and Slovak Arma 3 community since 2017 and is recognized as one of its most established and stable MILSIM units. We combine a high level of realism with immersive roleplay, placing strong emphasis on authenticity, teamwork, discipline, and tactical procedures inspired by real-world military operations.
Our training programs and operational procedures are based on the doctrines and experience of NATO special operations forces. This allows us to provide an environment that closely reflects the organization and execution of modern special operations—from mission planning and training to operational deployment.
Within the unit, members have the opportunity to serve in three closely integrated branches:
Together, these elements create a comprehensive operational environment where not only Special Forces operators, but also support personnel and aviation crews play an essential role.
Every mission is built around the coordinated cooperation of all components, closely mirroring the way real military special operations are planned and conducted.

Is it possible to join your unit? If so, where can I apply?
Unfortunately, no. Our unit is exclusively for Czech and Slovak players, and we are not currently accepting international members.
If our unit is interested in organizing a joint operation with yours, how should we proceed? Who should we contact?
If your unit is interested in organizing a joint operation with us, please join our Discord server and get in touch with a member of our Command Staff. They will guide you through the entire process and coordinate all the necessary arrangements.
Can your unit also be invited to PvP events or Arma Reforger events?
No. Our unit is dedicated exclusively to PvE gameplay, and we therefore do not participate in PvP events. The same applies to Arma Reforger, as our unit is focused entirely on Arma 3.
